My Research Interests
I am interested in Si MOSFETs, Single Electron Devices, Single electron based Photodetectors, Low frequency noise in MOSFETs, Random Telegraph Signal based noise in MOSFETs, RF-SET, Tunneling, Interface trap characterization, MOSFET lifetime and reliability models, Device characterization at cryogenic Temperatures, Optoelectronics, OFETs, OLEDs, OSCs, various Optical spectroscopic techniques, Organic Memory Devices and Sensors based on organic or organic/inorganic hybrid materials.
